SWS Daily Market Update - September 13, 2021

The markets bounced back a little on Monday after having their worst week in some months last week. The SPX and DOW were up while Nasdaq dropped 0.1%. This may be another case of buying on the dip and lack of alternative investment options. This week provide new information on inflation, consumer confidence and retail sales and the price increases today indicate that investors anticipate that the news will be encouraging. There is also hope that the $3.5 trillion proposed fiscal stimulus will be passed by congress.
